Wir bitten um gegenseitig Rücksichtnahme und ein verantwortungsvolles Miteinander aller Gäste um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt für alle zu gewährleisten.
Im Falle der Nichteinhaltung behalten wir uns einen Hausverweis und ggf. Mithilfe der Polizei hierzu vor. Leider sind wir gezwungen dies zu erwähnen da wir diesbezüglich schon schlechte Erfahrungen machen mussten☹

Parkplätze - Parkplätze sind ausschließlich Hotelkunden vorbehalten. Hotel verfügt über insgesamt 14 Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Haus.
Sehen Sie sich bitte den Parkplatzplan im Erdgeschoss an. In 95 % reicht das für Hotelgäste aus.
Bitte parken Sie nicht vor den Garagen, diese sind vermietet. Leider können wir in der Hochsaison keine 100% Verfügbarkeit der Parkplätze garantieren. Parkplätze sind auch in der Stadt ausreichend vorhanden. Wir bitten Sie nur 1 Parkplatz pro Zimmer in Anspruch zu nehmen, da auch andere Gäste parken möchten

E - Auto Laden - der Preis für das Aufladen eines Elektroautos beträgt € 0,60 pro kW/h. Die Station ist mit einem Universalstecker Typ 2 ausgestattet, der für alle europäischen Fahrzeuge geeignet ist.
Da das Ladegerät mit keinem Zähler ausgestattet ist, bitten wir Sie den von Ihnen aufgeladenen Strom selber zu messen und unseren Mitarbeitern für die Abrechnung mitzuteilen
Bitte reservieren Sie vor Anreise diesen Parkplatz, sonst ist nicht garantiert dass er freigehalten wird.

Rauchen ist im ganzen Hotel verboten !
Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhotel und somit ist im gesamten Gebäude das Rauchen untersagt. Bei Nichteinhaltung ist mit einer Strafe von € 100,-- zu rechnen.
Vor dem Hotel haben wir einen Raucherplatz mit einer Bank und Aschenbecher für Sie eingerichtet.

We ask that all guests show mutual consideration and act responsibly to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for everyone.
If this is not adhered to, we reserve the right to evict guests and, if necessary, call in the police. Unfortunately, we are forced to mention this because we have had bad experiences in this regard☹.

Parking spaces - Parking spaces are reserved exclusively for hotel customers. The hotel has a total of 14 parking spaces in front of and behind the building.
Please look at the parking plan on the ground floor. In 95% of cases this is sufficient for hotel guests.
Please do not park in front of the garages, these are rented out. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% availability of parking spaces in high season. There are also sufficient parking spaces in the city. We ask that you only use 1 parking space per room, as other guests may also want to park.

E Auto charging - The price for charging an electric car is € 0.60 per kW/h. The station is equipped with a universal Type 2 plug, which is suitable for all European vehicles.
As the charger is not equipped with a meter, we ask you to measure the electricity you charge yourself and inform our employees for billing.
Please reserve this parking space before arrival, otherwise there is no guarantee that it will be kept free.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel!
We are a non-smoking hotel and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Failure to comply will result in a fine of €100.
We have set up a smoking area with a bench and ashtray for you in front of the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt, weniger als 5 Minuten vom Marktplatz und Bahnhof entfernt in der Würzburger Straße zwischen Babenhäuser- und Einhard-Straße. Die Bushaltestelle in Hotelnähe gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die benachbarten Orte wie Rodgau-Jügesheim, Mainhausen, Mainflingen usw. zu erreichen. Frankfurt, das Messegelände und der Flughafen sind ca. 30 km von uns entfernt. Gute Verbindungen zu den Autobahnen A3, A 661 und A45 ermöglichen es, dass Sie Ihre Ziele schnell erreichen können. Das Hotel ist ganzjährig geöffnet.

A trip from Frankfurt Airport to Seligenstadt.

There are many ways to get from the airport of Frankfurt to our hotel. But we recommend, in addition to a taxi (cost around 60 euros) a trip with the train.

So you flew to Frankfurt airport. If you landed in terminal 2 or 3, you need to use the free train (it’s called SkyLine) between the terminals to get to terminal 1. Look for a sign indicating the direction to Terminal 1 or SkyLine. The journey between the terminal will be about 2 minutes, the frequency of traffic is 1.5 minutes.

So you got to the terminal 1 – you need to go to the exit from the terminal and there to look for a sign indicating Regionalbahnhof or Regional trains.

The railway station is on the underground floor.

Attention! Near the airport there is also a railway station for long-distance trains. This station is in a separate building and you dont need it !!!

You need just an underground station for regional communication – S. Bahn.

Before boarding a train, you need to buy a ticket in the ticket machine. To do this, enter the name of our city – Seligenstadt. Ticket price about 9/5 € (adult / child).

Then you go down the escalator even lower on 1 level on the first platform and look at the information board when the train S8 or S9 comes in the direction of Hanau. You need to take this train and get there Hanau, is the end point of the route, so you will not pass by. The frequency of train 20-30 minutes.

Further you need to get off the train and go to platform 106 and take the train RB 86 in the direction of Groß-Umstadt-Wiebelsbach. The 3 rd stop will be city of Seligenstadt. You need to go in the direction of Altstadt and if you stand with your back to the building of the station, then you are on the right side of the station. Directly in front of you, perpendicular to the direction of trains will be Bahnhofstrasse, and to the right of 50 meters as perpendicular to the railway tracks Würzburger Strasse begins. You need to walk along this street 2 blocks and you will find the hotel. All the way with a successful coincidence of the schedule will take from 1 to 1.5 hours.

Of course there are other routes, and experienced travelers will be able to find them themselves, but we describe the simplest and most understandable route.

A trip from Seligenstadt to the Frankfurt airport

You also need to walk to Seligenstadt train station, take the RB86 train to Hanau and transfer to the S8 or S9 train in the direction of Wiesbaden. On this train you reach the stop of Frankfurt Flüghafen – this is the airport.

Anfahrt vom Flughafen Frankfurt 

Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten vom Flughafen Frankfurt zu unserem Hotel zu gelangen. Da die Anbindung an das Bahnnetz aber sehr gut ist empfehlen wir Ihnen, vom Flughafen mit der Bahn zu uns zu kommen. 

Vom Terminal 2 oder 3 gibt es einen kostenlosen Personentransfer zum Terminal 1 mittels „Skyline“. Die Taktung und auch die Fahrzeiten sind sehr kurz.

So kommen Sie zum Terminal 1 – Sie müssen vom Terminal zum Ausgang fahren und dort nach einem Schild mit Regionalbahnhof sich bewegen.

Der Bahnhof befindet sich im Untergeschoss.

Achtung! In der Nähe des Flughafens befindet sich auch Fernzugbahnhof. Den brauchen Sie nicht !!! Richtig ist der Regionalbahnhof !!!

Dann gehen Sie mit der Rolltreppe auf das Gleis 1. Auf die Informationstafel erscheinen die Abfahrtzeiten der Züge S8 bzw. S9 in Richtung Hanau.

Dort zum Bahnsteig 106 gehen und den Zug RB 86 in Richtung Groß-Umstadt-Wiebelsbach nehmen. Die dritte Haltestelle ist der Bahnhof  Seligenstadt. Von dort gehen Sie bitte in Richtung Altstadt, rechts von der Bahnhofstrasse beginnt die Würzburger Straße. Gehen Sie geradeaus auf der Würzburger Straße 400 Meter zu unserem Hotel.
